LSA’s need focused time to work on design and architecture, but they often get bogged down answering “how to” questions that are not specific to the project. We set up regular sessions with your team in which they can ask for help with whatever stands in their way. We address their immediate problems – usually a “how to” or technical blocker - and we dive into the underlying knowledge that your team needs so that they are more able to solve the next challenge on their own.
Technical Assessment
We recommend starting by assessing your application, calling out strengths and looking for trouble spots, adherence to best practices and opportunities for improvement.
Certification help
Pega certifications are notoriously difficult to prepare for. We are collaborating with Pega management to address the shortage of certified Pega professionals. We will coach your staff on how to prepare for and take certification exams. If they fail, we will pay for a second try.
